attitude of the staff and the owner the moment you have a slight complaint turns 180°, cold sauce bearnaise and luke warm meat at 80€ was unacceptable for us - they destroyed the sauce bearnaise and turned a chateaubriand into a pot roast by reheating it three times. Just bow your head, say sorry, suggest a different sauce (which finally happened after we suggested and insisted) and, for god's sake, remake (not reheat!!) the meat!
